We ship UPS or USPS. In-stock items will normally ship within 2
business days.
We make every effort to keep web pages up to date with "Out of Stock"
information. We will email you as soon as possible if you order
a product we do not currently have in our inventory.
For local customers wishing to pick up their
order in New Jersey, please use the "Customer Will Pick Up"
option during the check out process. No shipping charges will
be applied.
• Do you charge sales tax?
Since we ship from New jersey, we will charge 7% NJ sales tax for items
billed to a New Jersey address.
• Is my credit card info secure?
Nantucket Gift Company uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology
for an absolutely secure environment for your name, address and credit
card information.

What if I am not happy with the purchase?
We guarantee everything we sell on our site to be representative
as described and pictured. However, if you are not satisfied, your item
may be returned within 10 days of date received by you.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for returns
to be accepted. Please e-mail for permission to
return. We will issue an RMA number which needs to be clearly visible
on the outside of the box. Return shipping is the responsibility
of the customer.
Items returned without authorization (no RMA) will not be accepted.
Merchandise must be in resalable condition.
Our Shipping Error
If you receive the wrong merchandise, e-mail us immediately. We
will reship the correct merchandise along with a shipping label to return
the wrong merchandise.
Seasonal Item Returns
Generally, seasonal merchandise is not returnable. Email us if in
doubt but an RMA is still required.
• What if the goods are damaged?
Everything is shipped insured but you must contact UPS or USPS immediately
if your order is damaged! Please keep all boxes and packing material
as they may wish to inspect. UPS will give you a tracking number
and UPS will contact us. Follow up with an e-mail to us so we can
make arrangements to replace your purchase as soon as possible.
• What do we do with your email
address?
E-mail addresses are retained but will normally never be used again.

Our shopping cart automatically e-mails you a copy of your order if you
have provided a valid e-mail address. This is the best way you to
receive a copy of your order. We may also need to e-mail you if
there is a problem with your order.
In the future we may e-mail you new product information on items similar
to what you have ordered. This is not in place at this time and
may or may not be added in the future. The frequency would be no
more than every six months.
• Do you gift wrap?
Currently, there is a gift wrapping charge of $3.00 per item. Please be
advised that many items cannot be gift wrapped due to size or packaging.
During the Checkout process, you will be asked whether you want
a greeting and/or your item(s) gift wrapped. Ribbon trim and gift boxes
will be provided as appropriate. If gift wrap is unavailable for the item(s),
we will advise you via email and credit back the gift wrap charge.
We will always be glad to include a handwritten card with your special
message and you may also note this in the "Special Instructions"
section of the order form.
• Can I order by phone or fax?
By Phone using Credit Card:
Call our toll free number (866-626-8858) to place your order. Leave
all your information and we'll return your call or you may also use our
voice mail system (which is completely secure too) to leave your ordering
information. We accept Visa or Mastercard. Be sure to leave
your e-mail address so we can confirm your order with a copy of the invoice.

By FAX using Credit Card:
You may still use our Shopping Cart on the website even if you plan to
fax the order to us. Just check the appropriate box when checking
out and print the order form. With a pen, handwrite your credit
card information on the form (Visa or Mastercard) and then just fax it.
We’ll take care of the rest.

By Check :

mail the order to us. Just check the appropriate box when checking
out and print the order form. You can fill out the credit card information
(Visa or Mastercard) or enclose a check. We will wait for your check
to clear before we ship the item. We’ll take care of the rest.
